Annika is joining us from Setterwalls where she has worked for 14 years, primarily with corporate law and shareholder-related issues.
“Annika brings her wide experience and high competence in corporate law which will be a very strong addition to our office business both in terms of ongoing corporate matters and in connection with acquisitions and capital raising,” says Niklas Eskilsson, responsible for the corporate and M&A group in Gothenburg.
