Advokatfirman Delphi represents Solid Park AB in the acquisition of Office IT-Partner in Västerås from its current owner. Following the acquisition, Solid Park will be the largest local IT-supplier in the province Västmanland.

The acuqisiton is in line with Solid Parks’ ambition to be the natural choice of IT-supplier for entities in the region. Solid Park is expected to have a turnover of approx. MSEK 240 in total in 2018.
