Advokatfirman Delphi has been advisor to Scout Gaming Group AB (publ) in connection with the rights issue of approximately SEK 60 million and listing on Nasdaq First North.
Scout Gaming Group AB (publ) was approved on 8th of December 2017 for trading on Nasdaq First North and the first trading day was December 11th, 2017. Scout Gaming Group is a licensed and regulated provider of B2B Daily Fantasy Sports. The company offers a flexible and customizable network-based Fantasy Sport platform that supports most sports and leagues through an in-house state-center that also provides real-time information to players. The Group has more than 50 employees and has its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden with development and operations in Bergen, Norway and Lviv, Ukraine. Sales, support and product development are managed from the office in Malta.
