Delphi part of the integration project RAMP initiated by Stockholm School of Economics

Delphi has joined the project RAMP (Rapid Acceleration Management Program), which is an initiative by Stockholm School of Economics in order to accelerate the integration of University graduates who recently arrived in Sweden.

A new educational programme will start this autumn and combines intensive management training at SSE with an internship at a company operating in Sweden. This new executive education programme will hopefully provide a fast track into the Swedish job market for qualifying graduates who have been granted asylum in Sweden.

Delphi is one of about 20 companies sponsoring the programme and offers a one year internship starting in autumn 2016. Applications for the programme have just started, and when this is complete we will know which applicant who gets to join Delphi for their internship. What the position will be is later decided based on the candidate’s skills and experience. Delphi is the only participating law firm that offers an internship.

“We are very pleased to be involved in this integration project and to contribute to increased diversity in Swedish industry. It will be useful to have access to a competent intern for a year, I think we can learn a lot from each other,” says David Aversten, Executive Partner.
