Delphi assists Acturum, a company jointly owned by FAM and Peab, with the sale of AstraZeneca’s old research facility in Södertälje

Delphi has assisted Acturum, a company jointly owned by FAM (Wallenberg Foundation’s management company) and Peab, on the disposal of a property portfolio in Södertälje.

The portfolio consists of AstraZeneca’s old research facility in Södertälje, further developed by Acturum since 2013. One of the buyers is Offentlig Hus, which acquires a property with a rentable area of ​​approx. 32,000 sq.m. with i.a. KTH and Södertälje municipality as tenants, and an underlying property value of SEK 715m. The other buyer is Fastator, which acquires office and research premises with a leaseable area of ​​49,000 sq.m. with i.a. Scania as a tenant, for a preliminary purchase price of SEK 300m.
