Delphi assists M&G Real Estate with the acquisition of a logistics property in Brunna, Upplands Bro, from NCC

Delphi has assisted M&G Real Estate with the acquisition of a logistics property encompassing approximately 12,800 square meters. The property is fully leased to Orvelin Group, Cosentino and Engelmanns. The underlying property value amount to SEK 190 million.

Delphi’s team consisted of Nina Tour (partner), Hannah Gröndahl, Sophie Leifland and Fredrik Nykvist.
