Delphi assists Acturum, a company jointly owned by FAM and Peab, with the sale of AstraZeneca’s old research facility in Södertälje
Delphi has assisted Acturum, a company jointly owned by FAM (Wallenberg Foundation’s management company) and Peab, on the disposal of a property portfolio in Södertälje.
The portfolio consists of AstraZeneca’s old research facility in Södertälje, further developed by Acturum since 2013. One of the buyers is Offentlig Hus, which acquires a property with a rentable area of approx. 32,000 sq.m. with i.a. KTH and Södertälje municipality as tenants, and an underlying property value of SEK 715m. The other buyer is Fastator, which acquires office and research premises with a leaseable area of 49,000 sq.m. with i.a. Scania as a tenant, for a preliminary purchase price of SEK 300m.
