Delphi advisor to Skandia Fastigheter in connection with the development of Backaplan

Delphi has assisted Skandia Fastigheter in connection with the company signing an agreement with Skanska to build two properties in the ongoing urban development of Backaplan in Gothenburg. The contract is worth approximately SEK 800 million. Construction will begin during the second quarter of 2022 and is expected to be completed by autumn 2025. The contract is part of Skandia Fastigheter´s development of Backaplan – the vibrant district which will include significant retail space, housing and offices.

Skandia Fastigheter owns, manages and develops office space, retail/commercial, residential and properties for public use in Sweden´s metropolitan regions Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö with a total value of approximately SEK 65 billion.
