Delphi advisor to Hökerum Bygg in connection with acquisition

Delphi has assisted Hökerum Bygg in connection with the acquisition of half of a housing project in Krokslätt, Gothenburg. The acquisition includes an undeveloped plot of land located right next to the Almedal tram stop. Together with the existing landowner, a residential building will be constructed to accommodate apartments. The house will be built by Hökerum Bygg.

Delphi, through Anders Hulegårdh and Oscar Friedrich, has acted as legal advisor to Hökerum during the acquisition and the collaboration project.
