Delphi advisor to Bolix in connection with sale of industrial portfolio

Delphi has assisted Bolix Fastigheter AB in connection with the sale of an industrial portfolio containing four properties in the Gothenburg area. The buyer is Svenska Verksamhetsfastigheter.

Bolix is a Gothenburg-based real estate and project development company that owns, develops and manages both residential and commercial premises.

Svenska Verksamhetsfastigheter is a joint venture between EQT and Broadgate, which today holds a portfolio of just over 50 properties around Sweden.

Delphi’s team consisted of Mercedes Lennartsson Anderås and Jessica Khoo.
