Delphi advises Geely regarding large Facility Management agreement with Compass Group

Delphi has advised Geely Innovation Center Management AB in connection with the appointment of Compass Group AB as the main supplier of property management and office-related services within Geely Innovation Center at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.

Geely Innovation Center will be an open campus with multifunctional buildings covering approximately 104,000 square meters, workplaces for 3,500 people, as well as shops, restaurant and hotel operations open to the public. Through the now signed agreement, Compass Group is responsible for all operations of service within the property´s office space, including reception, conference, restaurant, café and property management.
