Delphi is one of Sweden’s best workplaces

Advokatfirman Delphi has been named one of Sweden’s best workplaces in 2025 by Great Place to Work, the global leader in workplace culture. In the survey, 91 percent of employees at Delphi responded that they consider Delphi to be a very good workplace.

Great Place to Work is a global organization that has been evaluating workplaces in more than 100 countries for over 30 years. Their research shows that five dimensions are required to become a truly great workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Delphi has been certified as a very good workplace since 2021, and for the first time, Delphi has made it onto the top list, ranking 18th among Sweden’s best workplaces in the medium-sized organizations category (50–249 employees).

– We are very proud to be named one of Sweden’s best workplaces. Our employees are of the highest priority because they enable us to deliver high-quality advice to our clients. Therefore, it is important for us to be a workplace where our employees thrive, develop, and are challenged. We aim to be the most attractive workplace in our industry, and we invest significant resources in development, enabling our employees to deepen their specialist skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities,” says Stefan Erhag, Executive Partner at Delphi.

In Delphi’s overall results, 91 percent responded that Delphi is, all in all, a very good workplace, which is the highest percentage the firm has received since they started the survey.

Delphi is a progressive law firm with specialists in most industries and legal areas within business law. With a total workforce of 210 employees, of which around 150 are lawyers, Delphi has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Linköping. Delphi is highly ranked by several reputable ranking institutes such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
