Delphi advisor to Spiideo in connection with private placement

Delphi has assisted Spiideo AB in connection with the raising of $20 million in a growth round led by the German growth equity firm Cipio Partners. The investment will be used to consolidate and expand Spiideo’s position as a leader in the global transition from manual to automatic sports video.

Spiideo is a Swedish sport-tech company that uses AI to deliver simple, powerful, and innovative solutions to sports video production, analysis, and consumption.

Delphi’s team consisted of Anders Jemail and Ludvig Borg.
