Delphi advisor to Qred in investment from Nordic Capital

Delphi has advised the fast-growing fintech company Qred in connection with an investment from Nordic Capital Evolution. The investment will be made in partnership with Qred’s management and founders, with the goal to continue Qred’s global expansion.

Qred was founded in 2015 and has become one of Europe’s fastest growing fintech companies with its fully automated credit system, digital platform and easy, innovative solutions for entrepreneurs seeking financing. With operations in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Brazil and Belgium, Qred has helped over 25,000 companies.

Nordic Capital is a leading private equity investor. Since its inception in 1989, Nordic Capital has invested approximately EUR 19 billion in more than 120 companies. The main region is Europe, but investments are also made globally. Nordic Capital will support Qred in driving growth, investing in new products for responsible and inclusive lending, and increasing its international presence.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
