The acquisition includes all assets such as patents, trademarks, goods inventory and all rights to the product RhinoChill® which is a CE-marked product currently undergoing a clinical study for cardiac arrest patients.
BrainCool is a Swedish medical device company that has been listed on Aktietorget since May 2014.
Delphi’s partner Jens Kinnander was responsible for the assignment. Delphi’s team also consisted of partner Anders Jemail and senior associate Micael Karlsson.
