Delphi represents Desenio in the acquisition of Poster Store

Desenio is Europe’s premier online store for art prints and frames, shipping to more than 35 countries worldwide. Desenio’s business idea is simple: on-trend and attractive wall art should be available to everyone. Through the acquisition of  Poster Store, Desenio creates a new company group with 220 employees and over 1 billion SEK in revenue. In connection with closing of the acquisition, a bond has been issued in Desenio to finance part of the purchase price.

The Delphi team consisted primarily of David Aversten, Michael Juhlin, Berndt Pettersson, Magnus Berterud, Glenn Nyström, Karin Roberts, Dahae Roland, Christoffer Malmström, Matilda Karlsson, Erik Ålander, Therese Virgin, Christina Björn, Fredrik Nykvist and Clara Jarbrand.
