Delphi has assisted EHF AB in acquisition of two properties

Delphi has assisted EHF AB in the acquisition of two properties, one in Skövde and the other in Gothenburg. In Skövde, the company has acquired a mixed-use property on S:t Sigfridsgatan from Oscar Properties. The property has an area of just over 5,000 square meters and consists of commercial premises, garage and approximately 20 residences. In Gothenburg, EHF has acquired a property company that owns an industrial property in the district Gamlestaden from the shipping group Thunbolagen, with a rentable area of approximately 9,500 square meters.

EHF AB is a corporate group that builds, develops and manages property holdings in Sweden. The company is also the majority owner of Götenehus Group, which is listed on First North.
