Delphi has advised the Momentum Group on its acquisition of TriffiQ Företagsprofilering

The law firm Delphi acted as legal advisor to the Momentum Group on the company’s acquisition of 70 per cent of the shares in TriffiQ Företagsprofilering AB. Partner Mats Dahlberg led the Delphi transaction team, assisted by Matilda Karlsson, Emmy Falck and Katarina Häggqvist.

TriffiQ is a leading reseller of workwear and protective footwear in Stockholm. It generates annual revenue of approximately SEK 70 million with good profitability and has around 20 employees. TriffiQ will continue to operate as an independent niche company in accordance with the Momentum Group’s philosophy of decentralised business responsibility.
