Delphi has advised the Momentum Group on its acquisition of Reklamproffsen

The law firm Delphi acted as legal advisor to the Momentum Group on the company’s acquisition of 70 per cent of the shares in Reklamproffsen, one of the leading resellers of product media including work wear and profile clothing in Örebro and surroundings. Reklamproffsen is one of Örebro’s largest resellers of work wear and profile clothing with a high competence in company profiling. Reklamproffsen has a shop and display in Örebro. The customers are mainly industry and service companies and a major part of the sales take place in web shops unique to the customers.
