Delphi advisor to the sellers of Rams El

Delphi has advised the sellers of Raska Ansvarsfulla Montörers Elinstallationer i Angered AB (Rams El) in the sale to the First North listed solar energy company Soltech Energy Sweden AB (publ).

Rams El was founded in 1993 and specializes in electrical engineering, telecommunications and network installations and services. The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 70 million with 30 employees and with customers both in the public and private sectors where the projects often consist of hospitals, industries, schools and commercial properties. Soltech Energy Sweden AB (publ) has a strong growth strategy with acquisitions within solar, roof, façade and electrical engineering industries. These companies will together create synergies and build a strong group with cross-border expertise. Both companies see great opportunities with the deal and the sellers will continue to be active in the operation and development of the company.

The sellers’ financial advisors were Andreas Arnewid and Jonas Hultgren at Företagsförmedlingen in collaboration with Swedbank.
