Delphi advisor to the sellers of ProTrain in the sale to Priveq

Delphi has assisted the sellers of ProTrain Holding AB and its subsidiaries in connection with the sale to Priveq.

ProTrain is a well-managed and rapidly growing company focused on providing innovative and flexible services in the railway sector. Today, ProTrain has a turnover exceeding SEK 260 million and has grown profitably by more than 250 percent over the past five years. Through the sale, Priveq has become the new majority owner, providing ProTrain with a partner that can strengthen the company for future growth. The sellers, including ProTrain’s CEO, will remain with the company as significant minority shareholders.

Delphi’s team consisted of Micael Karlsson, Ludvig Borg, Jacob Åberg, Rebecka Thörn, Sofie Österberg, Kristian Fredrikson and Elfie Ekegren Franzetti.
