Delphi advisor to the sellers of Barnmorskegruppen Mama Mia Aktiebolag

Delphi has advised the owners of Barnmorskegruppen Mama Mia Aktiebolag (”Mama Mia”) in connection with the divestment of the shares in Mama Mia and its subsidiaries to Nordstjernan.

Mama Mia engages in maternity and child care via seven units in Stockholm and Malmö. The Company also engages in primary care via two units in Stockholm under the brand To Care. The Group has grown rapidly since it was founded and has approximately 170 employees and had a revenue of approximately SEK 200 million during the preceding fiscal year.
