Delphi advisor to the seller in connection with the divestment of Broddson AB

Delphi has advised the seller in connection with the sale of Broddson AB, a leading company within the field of towed sweepers and road maintenance, to Duroc. Broddson develops, produces, and sells its own products, while also representing several well-known brands. The company primarily operates in the Nordic market but also exports machines to other parts of the world.
