Delphi advisor to the owners of Scandlock AB in connection with RCO’s acquisition of the company

Delphi has assisted the owners of Scandlock AB in connection with R C O Holding Aktiebolag’s acquisition of all shares in the company. R C O Holding Aktiebolag is a subsidiary to RCO Security Group which in turn is owned by the Axel Johnson group’s investment company, Novax.

Scandlock’s subsidiaries include, among other, Swedlock AB and Swedlock Norge AS, both companies focusing on digital locking systems for mainly municipalities, municipal services and critical infrastructure within the Swedish and Norwegian markets. The Scandlock group has its headquarters in Halmstad and the group employs around 60 employees.

Delphi’s core team consisted of Fredrik Mörner, Christoffer Malmström and Daniel Malm.
