Delphi advisor to the owners of Bilskadecentralen in sale to Ryds Bilglas

Delphi has assisted the owners of Bilskadecentralen in the sale to Ryds Bilglas through its subsidiary Autoklinik i Malmö AB.

Bilskadecentralen operates within the automotive industry and has two facilities, one in Staffanstorp and one in Vellinge outside Malmö. The company specializes in repair and painting, as well as PDR (Paintless Dent Removal), which involves repairing dents and damage in a cost-effective manner using specialized tools. The company has been owned and operated by Alexander Weiland and Edward Karlsson since 2016 and has currently 19 employees. Alexander and Edward will continue to manage and develop the business going forward.

Ryds Bilglas is a leading company in the repair and replacement of automotive glass, with over 160 service stations across Sweden. The company was founded in 1947 and is now part of the Cary Group.
