Delphi advisor to the owner of EWGroup in connection with a transaction within the waste sector

Delphi has advised the sellers of EWGroup in connection with the divestment of the majority of the company’s shares to Alder.

EWGroup was founded in 2013 with a focus on sustainability, reuse and circular management of waste from the infrastructure and construction industry. Since the start, the company has developed into a strong and profitable company with high growth. With the environmentally focused venture capital company Alder, further opportunities are created to develop EWGroup to become leading within the industry.
