Delphi advisor to the founders of Sitevision AB in connection with IK Partners’ investment in the company

Delphi has assisted the founders of Sitevision AB in connection with IK Partners’ acquisition of shares in the company and the founders’ re-investment alongside IK Partners. Due to the re-investment, the founders will maintain a majority share of the ownership in Sitevision. Completion of the transaction is planned during the spring of 2022.

Sitevision is a Swedish company focusing on digital solution products, mainly within content management systems and intranet solutions. Sitevision has its headquarters in Örebro with divisions in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo, altogether employing around 60 employees.

Delphi’s core team consisted of Rickard Isacson, Christoffer Malmström and Daniel Malm (M&A) Johan Hübner and Erik Ålander (Corporate Commercial).
