Delphi advisor to Speqta in connection with the acquisition of BrightBid

Speqta AB (publ) has acquired all shares in BrightBid AB, a leading player in AI-based search advertising. The acquisition has been paid through an issue in kind of new shares in Speqta to the sellers of BrightBid, corresponding to approximately 72 per cent of the total number of shares in Speqta on a fully diluted basis. Through the acquisition, Speqta expands its SaaS business and receives 25 times higher revenue.

Delphi advises Speqta with a team consisting primarily of Michael Juhlin, Anna Bjurell and Jenny Lindén.
