Delphi advisor to seller in connection with sale of E Schönnberg Byggservice AB and ES Golv & Kakel AB

Delphi has advised the seller of E Schönnberg Byggservice AB and ES Golv & Kakel AB in connection with the sale of the companies and the reinvestment in the Circura Group, a group of companies specialising in building and infrastructure renovation, construction services, and damage management.
