Delphi advisor to Riwal Scandinavia Holding in the acquisition of Lipac Liftar

The international rental and sales specialist Riwal Scandinavia Holding with its head office in the Netherlands has acquired Swedish rental company Lipac Liftar in order to further strengthen Riwal Scandinavia Holding’s market position in Sweden.

Lipac Liftar currently has five depots in central Sweden with its head office in Stockholm, 37 employees and operates a fleet of approximately 1,000 machines.

The Delphi team included David Aversten, Rickard Isacson, Matilda Karlsson, Johanna Liljegren, Emmy Falck and Rebecka Harding.
