Delphi advisor to PDL Group and its founders in connection with a merger with Padel United

Delphi has advised PDL Group and its founders in connection with the merger with Padel United. The combined group will be the largest padel operator in the world with a total of 118 padel centers. Another 30 padel centers will open in the near future.

Since PDL was founded in 2015, Delphi has been part of PDL’s growth journey by advising in a large number of acquisitions.

Delphi’s team consisted of Mats Dahlberg, Glenn Nyström, Anna Bjurell, Fredrik Nykvist, Dahae Roland, Emmy Falck, Emelie Piironen, Daniel Malm, Jessica Björklund, Emilia Hjers, Ellen Karp Jakobsson, Tove Rodlert and Adam Odmark.
