Delphi advisor to Nordic Rescue Group Oy in its acquisition of Sala Brand AB

Advokatfirman Delphi represents Nordic Rescue Group Oy (NRG) in connection with NRG’s acquisition of all outstanding shares of Sala Brand AB. The acquisition is part of NRG’s growth strategy. With the acquisition, NRG will expand its operations to Sweden and create a leading Nordic rescue and fire vehicle group. NRG’s majority owner is Sievi Capital Plc, a Finnish investment firm listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.

Delphi’s team consisted of Michael Juhlin, Hannah Gröndahl, Fredrik Nykvist, Erik Ålander and Emmy Falck.
