Delphi advisor to NIBE in the acquisition of WATERKOTTE GmbH

Delphi has advised NIBE Industrier AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in the German heat pump manufacturer WATERKOTTE GmbH. The company will be part of the NIBE Climate Solutions business area.

WATERKOTTE GmbH is a leading manufacturer of advanced heat pump system and integrated sustainable energy solutions. The business has annual sales of approx. EUR 26 million.

NIBE develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of sustainable and efficient energy solutions for indoor comfort as well as components and solutions for smart heating within the industry and infrastructure sector.

Delphi’s team consisted of leading partner Per-Ivar Svensson, Anders Jemail and Rebecka Thörn.
