Delphi advisor to Momentum Group in connection with the acquisition of Company Line and ETAB

Delphi has advised Momentum Group AB (publ) (“Momentum”) in connection with the acquisition of 70 percent of the shares in Company Line Förvaltning AB (“Company Line”), as well as advised Momentum Industrial AB, a subsidiary in the Momentum Group, in connection with the acquisition of 70 percent of the shares in ETAB Industriautomation AB (”ETAB”).

Momentum Group is a leading reseller of industrial consumables and components, service and maintenance to professional end users in the industrial and construction sectors in the Nordic region. The Group has annual revenue of approximately SEK 6 billion and some 1,700 employees.

Company Line is a leading Swedish reseller of workwear, profile clothing and promotional products, with professional stores and showrooms in Kiruna and Luleå. Company Line generates annual revenue of approximately MSEK 75 and has 25 employees.

ETAB is one of the leading industrial automation companies in Sweden and provides high-quality products and services in hydraulics, linear technology and pneumatics to industrial companies in Sweden. ETAB generates annual revenue of approximately MSEK 45 and has 9 employees.
