Delphi advisor to Momentum Group in connection with the acquisition of 70 per cent of the shares in WH Service AB

Delphi has advised Momentum Group in connection with the acquisition of 70 per cent of the shares in WH Service AB. WH Service AB is a leading comprehensive supplier of rotating equipment primarily for the energy production sector in northern Sweden.

Momentum Group is one of the Nordic region’s leading suppliers of industrial components, industrial services and other related services in the industrial sector. Momentum Group has net sales of approximately SEK 2,3 billion and has approximately 750 employees.
