Delphi advisor to Momentum Group in connection with the acquisition of 70 per cent of the shares in Spider Technologies AB

Delphi has advised Momentum Group in connection with the acquisition of 70 per cent of the shares in Spider Technologies AB. Spider Technologies AB is the parent company in the group in which KmK instrument AB is the operating company. KmK Instrument AB is a specialist in measurement technology, non-destructive testing and material testing for Swedish industrial customers.

Momentum Group is one of the Nordic region’s leading suppliers of industrial components, industrial services and other related services in the industrial sector. Momentum Group has net sales of approximately SEK 2.3 billion and has approximately 750 employees.
