Delphi advisor to Lideta in the acquisition of primary health care centres from Aleris
Delphi has assisted Lideta AB (“Lideta”) in the acquisition of eleven primary health care centres in Stockholm and Uppsala and three divisions of rehab primary care in Stockholm from Aleris.
Lideta operates within the primary care sector, with maternity and child health care, primary care and occupational health care located in Landstinget Blekinge, Region Jönköpings Län, Region Skåne and Stockholms Läns Landsting. Nordstjernan is the majority owner of Lideta and has the ambition to create a high quality actor within the Swedish health care. The acquisition includes approximately 107,000 listed patients and approximately 275 employees. The care centres acquired are expected to have a turnover of approximately SEK 325 million in 2018. The acquisition requires approval from the Swedish Competition Authority, as well as from Stockholms Läns Landsting and Region Uppsala. Provided that the acquisition is approved, Lideta will be the third largest private operator in primary care in Sweden with a total of 247,000 listed patients and approximately 775 employees. Lideta’s revenue after the acquisition is estimated to more than SEK 1 billion.
