Delphi advisor to Erik Hemberg Fastighets AB in connection with sale of school

Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Erik Hemberg Fastighets AB, which through a transaction sold the property Skytteln 19 in Tranås, Jönköping County. The buyer is Gröna Skolfastigheter AB (publ). Skytteln 19 has a plot area of 18,678 sqm and a lettable area of approximately 8,600 sqm.
