Delphi advisor to Götenehus in acquisition of building rights

Delphi has assisted Götenehus AB in connection with the acquisition of building rights at Samset in Jönköping. HSB Göta is transferring the properties to Götenehus, which is planning for about 70 homes in the form of terraced houses and semi-detached houses.

Götenehus is one of Sweden’s leading house manufacturers and has terraced houses and semi-detached houses in wood as specialties. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Götenehus Group AB, whose shares are listed on First North, which is part of Nasdaq Stockholm. The group also includes the brands VärsåsVillan, which are specialists in holiday homes, and Swebostad, which develops apartment buildings and terraced houses.
