Delphi advisor to Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of Oina VV Aktiebolag.

Delphi has advised Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc. (“Gardner Denver”) in connection with the acquisition of Oina VV Aktiebolag (”Oina”).

Gardner Denver is a leading global provider of mission-critical flow control and compression equipment with a broad and complete range of compressor, pump, vacuum and blower products and services. Gardner Denver supports its customers through its global geographic footprint of 41 key manufacturing facilities, more than 30 complementary service and repair centres across six continents, and approximately 6,700 employees world-wide.

Oina, based in Stockholm, specializes in customized pump solutions for liquid handling processes for use in medical, process and industrial applications. The product portfolio consists of several different pump families that can be adapted and customized to customer requirements and specifications. Oina will be part of Gardner Denver’s Medical Segment.
