Delphi advisor to Gaming Innovation Group in connection with its acquisition of AskGamblers from Catena Media

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has on 15 December 2022 entered into an agreement with Catena Media Plc to acquire the casino affiliate websites Askgamblers.com, Johnslots.com, Newcasinos.com and several smaller domains for a total consideration of EUR 45 million, payable in three tranches. Completion of the transaction is expected during Q1 2023.

The transaction is structured through an acquisition by GiG’s subsidiary Innovation Labs Ltd. (part of GiG Media) of the two companies Catena Publishing Ltd (Malta) and Catena Media D.O.O. Beograd (Serbia) that operate the AskGamblers brand and the associated online casino brands.

Delphi advises GiG with a team consisting primarily of Michael Juhlin, Fredrik Mörner, Christoffer Malmström, Johan Hübner, Karin Roberts and Karl Hammarlund.
