Delphi advisor to Fortinova in acquisition of residential property portfolio of SEK 506 million

Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Fortinova Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of a residential property portfolio in Skaraborg of SEK 506 million. The deal took place off-market.

Through a wholly owned subsidiary, Fortinova has entered into an agreement with Jättadalen Förvaltnings AB for the acquisition of 30 properties with 399 apartments and around 30 premises. The transaction is made through the acquisition of all shares in Jättadalen. The underlying property value in the transaction is SEK 506 million. The stock is located in Skövde, Götene, Tibro and Vara municipality.

Fortinova was founded in 2010 and is a growing real estate company that acquires, develops and manages mainly residential properties. Fortinova is located in Varberg and the company has a geographical focus on growth municipalities in western Sweden.
