Delphi advisor to Exsitec in connection with acquisition of Zedcom

Delphi has assisted Exsitec Holding AB (publ) and Exsitec AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Zedcom AB and Zedcom ISP AB. The purchase price amounts to SEK 65 million in total and payment is partly made by a share issue in Exsitec Holding AB with payment by way of set off against part of purchase price. Zedcom is specialised on Visma.net and IT operations with related ancillary services.

The company helps customers finding the right digital system support for their business in order to reach more efficient working days, superior customer experience and smarter data analytics. Exsitec has around 500 employees and the company’s share is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
