Delphi advisor to Exsitec in connection with acquisition of Spot on Solutions i Norden AB and the wholly-owned subsidiary Strategibyrån NOGA aktiebolag

Delphi has assisted Exsitec Holding AB (publ) and Exsitec AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Spot on Solutions i Norden AB, also including the wholly-owned subsidiary Strategibyrån NOGA aktiebolag. The purchase price amounts to a maximum of SEK 95 million and payment is partly made by a share issue in Exsitec Holding AB with payment by way of set off against part of purchase price. Spot On is specialised in e-commerce and a market leader on the platform Litium.
