Delphi advisor to Cedergrenska AB in the acquisition of Erastos AB, Psykologigymnasiet Sverige AB and 90.1 per cent of the shares in Cedergrenska Mat AB

Cedergrenska has acquired all outstanding shares in Psykologigymnasiet Sverige AB and Erastos AB. Erastos AB is the principal of Nyköpings Enskilda Gymnasium and through the acquisition Cedergrenska expands its business to a new geographic area. The acquisition of Psykologigymnasiet Sverige AB strengthens Cedergrenska’s presence in the municipality of Solna, while at the same time expanding the educational offering.

Cedergrenska has also launched the Cedergrenska Mat business area by acquiring 90.1 per cent of the shares in the food company David Ebbesen AB (now Cedergrenska Mat AB). The acquisition is an important step in Cedergrenska’s continued efficiency work and an investment to ensure high-quality lunches for the group’s children and students.
