Delphi advisor to Binero in connection with acquisition of RedBridge

Delphi has assisted Binero Group AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of all shares in RedBridge AB and RedBridge Technology AB. The purchase price amounts to SEK 99.2 million.

Binero is a provider of cloud infrastructure to companies and organizations with focus on data integrity and sustainability. The share is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

RedBridge is an open source company specialised in container technology, modern application development and IT operations with associated services. RedBridge had a total turnover of SEK 74.2 million during 2020.
