Delphi advisor to Binero Group at the divestment of the web hosting business to Loopia

Delphi has advised Binero Group AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of Binero Groups web hosting business in Sweden and Germany to Loopia AB for approximately SEK 380 million.

Binero Group is a Swedish provider of digital infrastructure services for companies and individuals. The company offer development and management of companies’ IT infrastructure as well as their own public cloud service.

Loopia AB, a part of Loopia Group, is one of Sweden’s largest and most fast-growing web hosting companies with operations in Sweden, Norway and Serbia. The company provides innovative solutions for managing domain names, websites and e-mail to individuals as well as companies.
