Delphi advisor to Bergman Clinics in the acquisition of Memira eye clinic

Delphi has acted as Swedish counsel to Netherlands-based Bergman Clinics in their acquisition of the Memira eye clinic chain from Investor-backed Patricia Industries and other minority sellers.

Memira, with nearly 50 eye clinics in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, is a leading Scandinavian provider of eyecare and eye surgery services including Refractive Lens Exchange. Bergman Clinics is a leading chain of healthcare clinics in the Netherlands, with over 50 clinics, more than 270,000 patients and over 1,800 employees.

The Delphi team consisted primarily of partner Fredrik Mörner and senior associate Hannah Gröndahl, with the support of several colleagues including Emmy Falck, Erik Ålander, Linn Strömberg, Therese Virgin, and Clara Jarbrand.
