Delphi advisor to Bergman Clinics in connection with Triton’s investment

Delphi has advised Bergman Clinics and its owners in an envisaged investment from Triton Partners, in partnership with the current shareholders. The transaction is subject to the completion of the consultation process with Bergman Clinics’ works council and customary regulatory approvals.

Bergman Clinics is the largest chain of highly specialized medical focus clinics in the Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia. Each state-of-the-art clinic location has its specialization with expert doctors in their field of work. The main specializations are orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology, vascular surgery, cosmetic plastic surgery, refractive surgery, cardiology, incontinence care, NTE-care and internal medicine. In Scandinavia, Bergman Clinics also operates the Memira chain of eyecare clinics.

The Delphi team was led by Fredrik Mörner and Hannah Gröndahl (both M&A), with main support from Emmy Falck (HR & Benefits), Fredrik Nykvist (Real Estate M&A), Berndt Pettersson (Banking & Finance), Linn Strömberg (M&A), Therese Virgin (M&A) and Erik Ålander (IT, IP and GDPR), with support from several other specialists.

Delphi also coordinated the advice of other Scandinavian counsel (Plesner for Danish law and Simonsen Vogt Wiig for Norwegian law).
