Delphi advisor to Azerion Tech Holding BV on two recent cross-border acquisitions of Strossle International AB och Delta Projects AB

Delphi have advised a subsidiary of Azerion, the Holland-based digital gaming and monetisation technology company, on two recent cross-border acquisitions, Strossle International AB and Delta Projects AB. Strossle is a leading content discovery platform for native ads in Northern Europe, with several European subsidiaries. Delta Projects is a programmatic advertising company with subsidiaries in Scandinavia. Each target group had 2020 revenues well over SEK 100 million.

Azerion is a fast-growing and leading pan-European digital gaming and monetization company, with more than 980 employees across 20 offices and headquarters in the Netherlands. The acquisitions strengthen Azerion’s existing gaming and advertising platform.
